RIVER RETREAT

  • 2 bedroom family unit. (4 - 6 guests) R1 200 per night. Weekend rate for 2 nights is R2000.
  • 1 bedroom family unit. (2 - 4 guests) R900 per night. Weekend rate for 2 nights R1 500.
  • Room with balcony. (2 guests) R800 per night. Weekend rate for 2 nights is R1 400.
  • River retreat as a PRIVATE UNIT for 8 - 16 guests from R250 p.p.p.n (Minimum 2 nights).
  • Linen, cutlery and crockery supplied.

GAME LODGE

  • Chalet 1 (4 guests) - R1000 per night. Weekend rate for 2 nights is R1500.
  • Luxury Studio chalets (2 guests)- R750 per night. Weekend rate for 2 nights is R1 300
  • Lodge as a PRIVATE UNIT for 8 - 12 guests for a 2 night weekend stay from R250 pppn

BOOKING DEPOSIT & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

  • a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your quote to ensure your reservation.
  • We strive to provide quality but also affordable accommodation to our guests. We therefor charge a REFUNDABLE key and breakage deposit of R500 per room/chalet or R2000 on group bookings.
  • The Balance and Breakage deposit is payable on arrival. We do have credit card facilities.
  • The key and breakage deposit is repayable into your bank account within 2 working days after your departure.

GUIDED QUAD OUTRIDE FEE - You use your own quads.

  • 2 quads or bikes = R300 per bike/quad. you use your own quads.
  • 3 quads or bikes = R200 per bike/ quad. You use your own quads.
  • 4 or 5 quads or bikes = R150 per bike/quad. You use your own quad.
  • 6 or more quads/bikes = R100 per bike or quad. You use your own quad.

DIRECTIONS:

From Johannesburg/ Pretoria on N1
Take the Zambezi offramp in Pretoria. At the robot turn right and pass under the highway. Turn left on the R573 - at next robot. Travel straight on the R573 for 110km then turn left on the Roedtan road. (You will pass the Roodeplaatdam, Moloto, Kwamhlanga, Kwaggafontein and Siyabuswa. Just after Siyabuswa there is a small bridge and after the bridge is the Roedtan road to your left.) Travel 11 km on tar road and then on left hand side are the gates to Kameeldoring rivercamp and Howard Boerdery - Office.

Alternative route from JHB

Take the R25 through Bapsfontein until just before Bronkhorstspruit.You can take the R58 to Kwamhlanga and turn right onto the R573 to Marble Hall OR
From Bronkhorstspruit continue on the R25 until Verena 4-way. Turn left onto the R544 until you reach the T-junction at the R573. Turn right onto the R573 and continue.

From Witbank
Take the R544 out of Witbank, cross the R25 (Bronkhorstspruit/Groblersdal road) and travel straight until you reach a T junction at the R573. Turn right on the R573. Travel for +/- ? Km passing Kwagga Plaza, Moteti and Siyabuswa. Just after Siyabuswa there is a small bridge and after the bridge is the Roedtan road to your left.) Travel 11 km on tar road (be careful for the potholes) and then on left hand side are the gates to the farm.

From Pietersburg, Naboomspruit, Warmbad, Nylstroom
Travel on the N11 towards Marble Hall. +/- 20km before Marble Hall you will cross the bridge over the Elands river. Within the next 1km there is a tar road. Turn right on tar road (road goes to Siyabuswa/ Pretoria) Travel 14 km to the gates of Howard Boerdery on the right.
